Ingredients

  • 170 g butter
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 80 g white sugar
  • 1 egg plus 1 yolk
  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g chocolate chips

Method

  1. Cream or mix butter and sugars until combined.
  2. Add egg, then fold in flour and chocolate.
  3. Chill dough at least 30 minutes.
  4. Bake at 180°C / 350°F until edges are set and centers remain soft.
