Delter Coffee Press has been designed to solve one of the biggest problems in coffee brewing – agitation. To avoid a bitter and inconsistent extraction caused by uncontrolled agitation, the Delter Coffee Press uses a unique jet-seal. This seal keeps the brew water and the coffee grounds separated until the brew commences, preventing uncontrolled agitation. When pressure is applied to the plunger, water and coffee contact is activated, allowing agitation to occur for the first time. This design allows the user to have complete control over the water flow and agitation, resulting in a brew with less bitterness and more clarity.
Features:
– Jet Seal: Unique seal that prevents any unwanted agitation of the coffee bed during brewing.
– Injection Brewing: The water and coffee are separate until you’re ready to start brewing using injection brewing.
– Simple to Clean: All you need is a few minutes to wash with water
– Portable: Weighing less than 250g, the Delter is ideal for camping, plane, travel, office or home.
– Pocketable Design: Compact and portable for coffee anywhere

Difference between Delter Coffee Press and AeroPress
-Brewing method
As we have just said, Ailek uses the "immersion extraction", and Delter uses the "pressure filtration extraction principle".
-Capacity
The capacity of AeroPress is fixed at 220ml. If you want to make more coffee or make coffee for more than two people, if you don't want to make the concentrate first and then dilute (the effect is really bad), you can only make it repeatedly.
Delter's water volume is precisely controlled, making it easy to make 400ml coffee in one go. Due to the sealed high temperature and heat resistant design, water and coffee powder are completely isolated before extraction. For example, to make large quantities of coffee at one time, you can use 25g of coffee powder, extract a cup with 200ml water, and then add 200ml water. , Continue to extract.
-Filtering-
Compared with the French press, Delter has the advantage that it can be filtered with filter paper, and the coffee produced does not leave any residue, and the taste is cleaner. But remember not to press too hard, this will cause some coffee powder to filter directly into the coffee.
When we first used Delter, we doubted whether the lid was too tight, but soon found out why. Because the seal is added to the lid, Delter achieves a "non-return" filtering effect, so be sure to tighten the lid. The extracted coffee is closer to the hand-punch effect of V60, and its purity is very high.
-Clean up
Delter's cleaning is also very simple. After extraction, you can inject air, press the remaining dry coffee grounds, then unscrew the lid, pour out the coffee grounds, and finally rinse the powder container, dry or dry before using. Clean the water injection tank every time.
-Portability
AeroPress's portability doesn't need much introduction, you can see photos of people traveling with it on various social media sites.
Delter even goes one step further. You can pack the ground coffee in a sealed powder bin and take it out. After arriving at your destination, pour hot water into it for extraction.
